After two postponements, we finally made it to the first ever Running Show South! Taking place over two days at Farnborough International in Surrey, it's just as good as its Birmingham sister event in every way.

The stellar line-up of speakers includes Dame Kelly Holmes, Roger Black, Vassos Alexander, Nell McAndrew, Iwan Thomas and Anna McNuff and is hosted by running royalty Jo Pavey and Danny Bent.
